we’re having a pasta and ice cream party to pretend we’re on holiday while the weather is nice

lots of people say they feel like they’re in a European restaurant when they’re here (isn’t that the compliment of a lifetime?!) and a chat with @letitbeeltd when they came for dinner last week reminded me of how lovely it is in Spa

morning, here’s this weeks menu!

crab rigatoni and steak tartare were the unexpected hits last week so they’ll be on the menu for a while I think

remembered this peach melba sorbet I had on holiday once and obviously had to recreate it
